About us
We are an international group of women whose mission it is to support selected charitable and non – profit projects around Abuja, Nigeria. The “Berger Ladies” Group was founded in the 1990s and still continues today with an ever – changing cast. The facilities are selected by us personally and mentored with great effort. This individual contact is very important to us as our aim is to not only to donate money, but also to contribute to projects with our direct hands on approach. This direct involvement is in order to ensure that the funds are used as intended. All donations go straight to the facilities and there are no administrative costs.
The financial means are raised at various events where homemade and handicraft products are sold. The major part of the funds comes from an annual Christmas bazaar in Abuja.
